We deliver to any part of the world. Delivery times depends on country of destination and shipping method choice.
Prices indicated exclude shipping cost. The shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout but may vary depending on weight, product value. Shipping charges is also based on the shipment speed you choose. We try to offer you a range of shipping options, from standard to overnight shipping.
RETURNS All Titan Barong products are covered by our "satisfaction guaranteed" policy for 30 days*. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our product(s), you may return the product(s) in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) with all original packaging for a refund. For returned "In Stock" items, the refund will be the full purchase price. For returned "Custom Tailor" & "3-Week Tailor" garments, the refund will be the purchase price minus a 29% re-stocking fee.

Please contact us by email, to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
Refund is issued in same form as payment was received (i.e. credit card) when the returned item is received in original condition (no sign of wear or washing) and with all original packaging (tags, labels, etc.) within 30 days from the date you received your order. Shipping charges not refunded.
When sending your return, please be sure to:
- write the RMA# on the outside of your package
- write the RMA# on the packing slip or on a copy of your order & include it inside the package.
